Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to Puerto Rico and United States, unless stated otherwise. If there is a shipping cost, it will be indicated before completing the order.

Processing and shipping times: Orders take between 3 to 7 business days to process approximately. We do not control the carrier shipping time; we provide and estimate.

Shipping methods and costs: We use USPS to ship our orders. We provide free shipping unless stated otherwise.

Delivery areas: We ship to Puerto Rico and United States.

Tracking information: The tracking information will be provided when order is shipped.

Damaged or lost packages: We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages by the carrier. Please contact USPS. If you receive a damaged item, without a damage packing, please contact us and follow the instructions included in Terms of Service section.
