All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circustances. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any problem with your order, we are very sorry to hear, please contact us as soon as possible and allow us to make it right.

Write us at info@somethingbluejewelry.shop, and follow the instructions below for each situation:

  1. Defective item - We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but if something happen and you received a defective piece, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us an email with your order information, include a picture were we can see the damage and a clear description. We will contact you and provide the instructions to follow. We will carefully assess the situation and provide a solution. We are fully within our right to deny any claim. The claim must be made within 5 days of completed delivery (including weekends and holidays). No claim will be accepted after that period.
  2. Wrong Item - We are so sorry to hear that you received the wrong item, but allow us to make it right. Please let us know as soon as possible, you have up to 5 days after delivery (including weekends and holidays) to contact us. Leave the item in its original packaging, and we’ll send you instructions on how to return it to us. If it’s opened and/or used, we won’t be able to accept it, and it will be considered your purchase.
  3. Shipping Error - Please double check the address you included in your order for shipping before contacting us. If you found an error, let us know to find a solution and make sure you receive you order.
  4. Other Situation - Please contact us as soon as possible to help you.
